RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a REFUND OR 110% STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping & processing fees).

 RETURNS INFORMATION

  • For return registration please email details of your order/item/s you wish to return to tribalsalad@gmail.com
  • We also offer direct exchanges, subject to stock availability. 
  • Sale items cannot be returned. (Fire Sale, Black Friday etc.)
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of Face Masks, Swimsuits or similar, Swim Shorts, G-strings and Body Suits. 
  • We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, this time period may vary slightly in busy periods. 
  • Please email to tribalsalad@gmail.com prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

  • All accepted returned items will receive a REFUND OR 110% STORE CREDIT.
  • The extra 10% is up to Tribal Salad's discretion and is subject to change at any time.
  • A fee of $15.95 USD will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping and handling fees.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 

  • All international customers are required to cover their return postage. 
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • We do not currently offer international exchanges. 

Once your return is booked via email, international customers can return to our address which is communicated via email.
